I would recommend joining TestFunda and IMS and definitely recommend against TIME.
Why join TestFunda?
It is the best for CAT and is flexible.
They are quite good and similar to CAT level. The best part about TF is that you get the solutions, the moment you give the mocks. It will make a huge difference. You can start analyzing your mocks as soon as you finish your paper.
Why IMS?
It is very close to CAT.
I did not take the IMS Simcats in 2014, but I have seen the papers from my friends. They have always been quite similar to the actual CAT.

It totally depends on your own interst. Some of the top MNC companies will provide high payscale for graduates of MBA finance sector than that of IBPS employees. So, consider to take CAT coaching. If you want to work in a bank then totally focus on IBPS coaching and grab a job. RACE and T.I.M.E are some of the best coaching centres.
All the best.

FMS, Delhi CAT cut-off would be for FS quota around 95 percentile. For general admission, it would be around 98.65 percentile. All the best. Try to get a good score as it will help you out.
