Hello Sanjay,
You have good academic scores but CAT score is somewhat lower. It's difficult to get into good institute with this score. I would advise you to reappear for CAT and give yourself a better chance.

You can try for Tier-ll and Tier-lll colleges like IMI, BIMTECH, BIITM, ASBM, ITM, IBS, etc.

CAT is highly competitive. Anybody with a plan and hard work can clear CAT to do MBA in IIMs. First, you must do your strength and weakness analysis. Based on this you can plan requirements of coaching or external support to crack CAT.

The cut-off percentile for CAT 2016 will be 65 for candidates belonging to the General category, 60 for OBC and 55 for SC and ST. The average package is around Rs 7 lakhs.

If you have no history of arrears in UG program, try for GD/PI using CAT scores and your academic record. If you are not able to get, you can update the same application with either February MAT or CMAT or TANCET scores. We advise you to apply especially if you have clean academic record in UG program.
