CAT is an examination with no predefined syllabus. CAT examination tests candidate's general aptitude in management by questions on Verbal Ability (English), Quantitative Ability (Mathematics), Logical Reasoning (LR) and Data Interpretation (DI) skills. CAT Examination is of multiple choices question with negative marking.

In CAT, Tier I colleges like IIM A, B, C, ISB and IMT – Ghaziabad, the maximum number of students are from engineering background. You can choose MAT Tier I colleges like:
1. Simsree Government of MH – Mumbai.
2. PUMBA – Pune.
3. BIMTECH – Noida.
4. XIME.
5. Great Lakes – Chennai, etc.

No, you need not have completed graduation just to appear for CAT, but to take admission in any B-School, you'll have to have completed your graduation.

You need to focus more on quantitative part of CAT. You can refer some good books of Quant like R.S.Aggrawal, Arun Sharma. If you want to start from basics you can refer maths books of 9-10. You can join a coaching institute as you will get proper guidance with regular evaluation.

It will be difficult for you to get into IIMs. Your scores are on lower side. You need to score very high in CAT. Along with this you need to have good work profile or extra curricular activities.

Yes, you have to clear exams like CAT, MAT, CMAT or XAT for MBA. It is the basic eligibility criteria for admission in all good MBA colleges. Your CS entrance score is not valid to get admission in MBA colleges.
