You know the best thing about MBA is that you can pursue it at any age as there is no age limit for that. So, yes, you can appear for any entrance exam, let it be CAT or XAT or MAT or any other admission test. In fact in most of the IIMs there are a lot of people who have good work experiences and are of your age. So, go ahead.

Indian Institute of Social Welfare and Business management requires 60 percentile in CAT examination. So prepare well.

The first priority should be Jaipur then Hyderabad followed by Ahmedabad, Pune, Mumbai, etc. You should prefer to take coaching in Jaipur apart from that TIME, Career Launcher and IMS are the best options for the CAT coaching.

If the privileges for you means any special reservations, then no. CAT has few components that give engineers an edge over other test takers from different streams purely because of the questions asked and their preparation. Mostly the highest percentiles are taken by engineers so it has become a myth.

You being a Bachelors in psychology graduate from DU can appear for CAT exam. Just prepare well for the same. You are eligible to appear for CAT exam.
