If you can score really well in CET, you can get admission in to JBIMS based on the DTE CAP rounds. The past background will have an impact on the placements shortlisting.

Mam, if your son has interest in game designing, then he can join animation courses conducted by institutes like Arena Animation institute or design institutes. If you want to pursue your career in medical field like MBBS or BDS than opt for Biology with PCM. If you are interested in Computers/IT/ECE/Data Science than PCM with computers. If you are interested in business related fields like finance/accounting than commerce is a better option.

You must take computer science along with PCM. If computer science is not available than you can join any coaching institute during your 11-12th. Basic concepts of programming like OOPs, functions, classes, pointers will get covered. These are the basics used in almost all the programming languages.

Although career plans can never ever be perfect, but based on successful corporate leaders, following path is recommended:
(a) First do 10+2 with PCM subject from top CBSE school such as DPS RK Puram New Delhi etc
(b) B.Tech from Legacy IITs ( Mumbai, Delhi, Chennai, Kanpur and Kharagpur)
(c) PGP from Legacy IIMs (Ahmedabad, Bangalore or Calcutta)
Join corporate sector. After two to three years Marketing experience do regular MBA or EMBA from top 10 International B-Schools abroad.

For 10th Science, NCERT is the best book. Syllabus covered in NCERT is the best among all the Science books by different government boards. You can also refer together with science, D.C. Pandey, S.Chand and Lakhmir Singh.
