Apply after you complete your diploma. Good academic performance required, additionally you must take the IELTS. Many universities in UK do not accept TOEFL. Kindly, visit UCAS website for UK university's application process, requirements, etc. You would be using this website to apply to the universities in UK.

I would recommend that you can complete your class 12th, then you can look for a UG and PG degree in the area of your interest. You can opt for either arts, science or commerce.

This is your personal choice but if you are interested in mathematics and science then go for science stream, if literature or social science then go for arts and if you like business then go for commerce. All the careers are open for you, just go for it.

Just focus on your 11th and 12th standard. If you want to prepare for the exam you can practice sketching to improve your sketching skills. It is not necessary to opt arts in 11th or 12th for making a career in designing.
