As you have completed your 10th grade and want to go for Hotel Management or Agricultural Science then you can do a diploma in hotel management or agriculture. Now a days universities provides Diploma on the basis of 10th class result. So, you can go for diploma and then go for higher degree in hotel management or agriculture. Universities offering diploma are Lovely Professional University, BHU, JNU etc.

If you really think you can do best in science you can go for it. It totally depends on you. If you study hard for two years you can choose any stream after 10th.There are many students who have chosen science stream even after scoring 38% in 10th class and they topped in science class 12th.

You may face little difficulty in getting your first job. Your percentage is good but getting job also depends on your performance in interview.

Eligibility to do B.Tech Petroleum Engineering is PCM at +2 stage. Therefore, you are advised to take Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics in +2 stage and then appear for various engineering entrance examinations to fullfil your dream of becoming Petroleum engineer.

Currently ITI is not equivalent to intermediate, therefore, you are not eligible for seeking admission in B.Sc IT.
