As you have completed your 10th grade and want to go for Hotel Management or Agricultural Science then you can do a diploma in hotel management or agriculture. Now a days universities provides Diploma on the basis of 10th class result. So, you can go for diploma and then go for higher degree in hotel management or agriculture. Universities offering diploma are Lovely Professional University, BHU, JNU etc.

If you really think you can do best in science you can go for it. It totally depends on you. If you study hard for two years you can choose any stream after 10th.There are many students who have chosen science stream even after scoring 38% in 10th class and they topped in science class 12th.
