For MBA u need to take GMAT and for MS you need GRE for abroad apart from TOEFL. Also, the universities look for holistic profile and generally 75-80% is good enough. But higher percentage definitely matters. Generally, they will look for work experience also. About choosing from MBA and MS , it depends on how u wish to shape Your career. For corporate jobs, MBA is better and if Your interest is in research or education, go for MS.

Another thing is go for 12th form NIOS keeping in mind that JEE has age limit so, in case that is something that you won't fulfill after doing 12th from NIOS than don't waste your precious time.
There are many courses available these days to go for.
If you have any passion for computers you can go for BCA or B.Sc Computer Science or B.Sc IT.
If you want to learn the tricks of management or want to start your own business, BBA

Better would be to join integrated/ dual Diploma B.Tech course where you save your one year as well as pressure of entrance tests.
After doing a diploma you get direct admission in second year of B.Tech. There are many universities in India that are offering you these integrated/ dual Diploma- B.Tech courses. Some of them are also offering you scholarships based on your percentage in your previous qualification.
So, I feel instead of simply doing a diploma and then again starting with the search for a college/ university for B.Tec
