Hi
Don't you have plan for Engineering? if not then you may choose Software Development, Mobile apps development or IT Infrastructure I.e. Cloud computing, Networking etc. Presently few institutes offer Diploma courses on Robotics and GIS.
Apart form that you may pursue BCA for your next move. Else, under engineering there are many branches.

I suggest you to complete your 12th with any subject which you feel easier for you to pass from NIOS because it will help you to take admission in good Hotel Management colleges. After 12th you can take admission and start your career as a great cook.

To be honest, Your expectations are exceeding to what you have already delivered. Even going ahead with the anticipated results that you will achieve, the selection criteria is so different. Every part of your academics has been allotted a sectional marking scheme. Each IIMs have different weightage assigned to different academic milestone events. Presuming you don't have any prior work experience, you will not get a single marks in work experience part. So SPJIMR just doesn't look at the scores but also your profile on the non academics as well. If you get a good CAT/XAT/GMAT score with a good form, you should be able to get through
