Hi Suraj,
The options are unlimited, as you have done your class 12 with science. Hello abbas,
FMS doesn't give weightage to your past academic scores as of now. Thus, yes you are eligible for admission to FMS. For further eligibility criteria you can refer www.fms.edu.
Talking about the percentile required.
The cutoff for admission to MBA programme 2016 is composite score of 59.430 for general category candidates. The Composite Score has been computed by giving weightage of 40%, 30%, and 30% to the scores of VRC, DI/LR, and QA Sections respectively as provided by the CAT Centre for the CAT 2015 Examination for candidates who registered with FMS. For example: Composite Score = ?(Score in Section * Weightage)/Max Marks

There is no guarantee of 100% placements in Alkesh Dinesh Mody Institute though the institute tries very hard to place all the students. Most of the companies recruiting from campus have 60% and more criteria in 10th, 12th, graduation as well as MMS. Since your only 12th percentage is slightly less than 60% you can try and the company might consider your case provided you score well in MMS too. All the best.

Yes you can easily get admission in Alkesh Dinesh Mody Institute as well as other better colleges. Last year the cut-off in last CAP round for Alkesh Dinesh Mody Institute was 74 percentile so with you scoring 90 percentile you can easily get admission.
