maybe.because eligibility criteria is 45 to 50% irrespective of any degrees.but first you will have to appear for CAT exams.which is a must for IIM.

To get admission in MBA you need atleast 50% in graduation and good percentile in MBA entrance exam.

You can go to study in US after 12th, as it is easier to get into universities than high schools. Pursuing your 11th and 12th from US may not be the best idea as the education structure there is completely different from how Indian schools function.

As B.Tech is a four year course your goals and interests might change in the course of time so it is early to counsel or even predict. After graduation if you land up with a job go for it. You can think of studying further also after gaining few years work experience. Focus on the current situation and work hard on your academics and also keep yourself involved in extra curriculars. you have just completed your 10th now its high time dear to choose about your stream in 11th class . you enjoy out everything but at the time of studying be serious towards it. you have no other option dear you have to study without it you will stand nowhere in near future their is great competition waiting for you out their :) .
