If you wish to be a pilot you need to study maths and physics for sure till 12th and then you may go for a CPL course.
Any stream is good as each one has their own benefits if you choose wisely. If you have any confusion, you may take a psychometric assessment to have a better understanding.

It's hard to comment on the rank you'll get. It will depend on multiple factors like GDPI, CMAT score, academic record, work experience etc. I suggest you wait till the 11th of April for the final result. You'll get a much clearer picture then.

There is no minimum requirement. The general standard, you must have first class percentage to get into the top universities.
