In CBSE Class 10 exam, 50% questions are competency-based questions like MCQs. 20 per cent are objective-type and 30% are short/long descriptive questions. The paper carries 80 marks with 30 questions.

It is recommended to solve 8 to 10 CBSE 10th exam per subject. This builds confidence of candidates. Practising the same also improves speed.

The provisional CBSE Class 10 marksheet can be downloaded online along with the result. The original marksheet needs to be collected from schools.

CBSE does not officially release a merit list for CBSE 10th exam. The board issues merit certificates to the top 0.1% of candidates who pass each subject with the highest marks.

In case students are not satisfied with CBSE Class 10 result, they can request for re-evaluation of marks. The process includes-Score Verification,  obtaining a Photocopy of the evaluated answer book and Re-evaluation.

After CBSE 10th result is announced, students need to download their provisional marksheet. The same can be obtained from Digilocker. They need to select streams for Class 11. If they are not satisfied with the marks, apply for re-evaluation.
