There is no negative marking in CBSE 10th exam. Candidates need to secure the pass mark. The pass mark in the exam is 33 per cent.

The doors of the examination hall will open 45 minutes before the time specified for the starting of the exam, i.e at 9.45 am. Students must be in their seats 30 minutes before the scheduled commencement of the exam. No students will be allowed to enter the exam hall after 10 am.
