It depends upon how you perform in your gdpi, ibs don't take into consideration your past academic score. so start working to deliver your best in GDPI.

XAT cutoff is 70%tile. Your acads are really good but since you havent crossed the cutoff in XAT, you Are not eligible. Sorry mate!

They are the marks. Based on your 10, 12 and graduation score. If you have below 60 in graduation for example, then you will get 0 marks in that section. 10th and 12th scores can be calculated with the given formula. These scores coupled with wat/pi scores will help in generating the final merit listI hope this answers your question.

Your CAT percentile is a bit on the lower side. You might get a call if you prepare a befitting SOP. Conversion of call depends on your performance in GDPI and your academic score.
