You have lots of option, so don't lose hopes. Focus on your exam, complete your class 12th. There are so many colleges who left seats for students appearing in compartment exams. And also, you can do courses which do not require Maths as subject, so just pass your exam first then apply for colleges.

It's not compulsory that you have to take arts to get admission here. The minimum requirement for admission is 45%(40% if you are from reserved category) in any stream from a recognized board. The admission is based on the entrance exam.

I think, you should try for IP University in this, you have to give you entrance test then the university allots you colleges according to your rank in the entrance.
