First, complete class 12th. Then you should appear for the foundation course and clear the exam. After clearing the foundation course, you will get into intermediate.

It's quite impossible to get into a decent college with such a low score. I would suggest you reappear for these exams and score much better to get a reputed college. Your great academic scores would surely put you in the great stead.

Both streams are good, but as per today's scenario, I would recommend you to go for economics honours because, in this field, you have many options. You can try to get into a consultancy or get government jobs.
