You just need to pass in all the subjects of class 12th. Although sometimes they fix the minimum percentage as 60%, but it may change also.

It will be a bit difficult to get Automobile Engineering at this score. Generally, the JEE Main cut off is around 80-85 percentile for Medicap University.

No, you are not supposed to give chemistry paper again. Grace passing is accepted as passing marks. You will definitely get admission, don't worry about it. You have passed your 12th examination successfully.

As you have scored 70% in class 12th board, so you are eligible to take admission in this college. But getting a seat may be difficult. Still I will suggest you to participate in the counselling process wisely and smartly and wait till the last round of the counselling process.

Yes, The old marks gets override by new ones. So, if you are confident enough that your marks will increase don't apply for Revaluation as there are chances that your marks might reduce too. So, think thrice before you apply.
