I am assuming you to be of general category. If you have not given JEE and depend on class 12th percentage, then I am afraid that you will not get admission into this college.
If you have given JEE or and secured a good rank then yes you may get into this college.

If you fail in a subject in 12th, if you do Diploma it's like wasting another 3 years. Instead if you reattempt the subject in compartment and if you pass you can get admission in UG course in the same year itself where certain institute accepts late admissions too.

As you have taken Science in plus two, so you are eligible for any courses like B.Sc Physics, B.Sc Chemistry, B.Sc Mathematics, BA Economics etc. It just depends on your interest. Best of luck.
