As you have scored 73% in class 12th, so you are eligible to take admission in this college. But getting a seat in this college will be difficult for you with this score. Still, I will suggest you to participate in the counselling process and wait till the last round of the counselling.
Best of luck.

As you have scored 72% in class 12th and 35 percentile in JEE Mains, so you are eligible to take admission in Madhav Institute of Technology (MIT), but getting a seat will be difficult for you with this score. I will suggest you to participate in the counselling process and apply for the other colleges also.
Best of luck.

Yes, you are eligible for BITSAT as you need more than 75% in your 12th to be eligible. However, you need to be very much prepared for the exam.

I am afraid your unique solution to do 12th again will not be able to work. This is so since it's the "first" passing year of 12th that counts. I feel you have lost the opportunity to seek admission in NIT etc. By choosing medical. However you can think of seeking admission in private colleges or deemed to be universities where this constraint does not apply.
Best wishes.
