There is no entrance for getting seat in Anna University. Admissions are based on class 12th marks. More preference is given to Tamil Nadu students than students from other states.

Shortlist colleges based on your requirements fees, location, amenities, faculty, academic scope, etc. Collect the admission forms, either from the college website or from its campus, fill them accordingly and submit. If there are any entrance test that needs to be clear, get the relevant information such as exam pattern and the location. If you feature in the merit list put out by the college, you would be required to pay a years fee to block the seat in your name.

If you apply by general quota, then you can get admission but it will be really difficult for you to find a good college which will have vacancy. There is one option that is management quota.
