To pursue, it purely depends on you, I can only suggest you to what course you can pursue after 12. The course you can pursue after commerce are:
BBA, B.Com B.A. BHM CA CS CMA, B.A. etc. And after Home-Science:
BHM is the best option or BBA according to me.

Everything depends on the potentiality of yours and your ability. By the degree of BBA (IB), surely it can land you in a good corporate world. And, you can able to excel and enhance a lot. Thus, I would simply say 'yes'. You can get a job in a good company.
Everything depends on the Interview, and your knowledge skills.

Actually, the answer of the question varies.
Some companies ask for it, some don't.
It also depends on the number of students who are applying in the campus as many people in campus lead to
Include this criteria of 12th with 60% to eliminate the candidate.
Thus, I would say, yes, the companies do ask for It as part of their selection procedure.

Please specify the government job that you are aiming at because there are certain government jobs which are not restricted to graduates. They are open to people who do diploma as well.

As far as I understand, they are taking girls into Army, Navy as well as Air Force. Therefore, I believe that in National Defence Academy also there are a few seats for girls. Though I don't know if there is reservation for girls or not.
