As per eligibility criteria you are eligible, because you have completed class 12th in year 2016. However, your Polytechnic Diploma cannot provide any help in admission in B.J. M. C. course.

First choice is to prepare for NEET exam if you get good score in that, then you can get admission in MBBS. Otherwise, you can get good college for B.Sc or B.Tech in Biotechnology.
