Your score is quite good to get a call from GLIM. However, you should consider applying through different score card also so that probability of getting the call increases.

Very good thought. You will get ample time after your board exams, around 3 months. Here's how you should utilize:
#1. Online Courses - It is very unlikely and hard for you to get an internship before college. To have an edge over others, do useful courses online on forums like Coursera, Internshala etc.
#2. Internships - Fresher's get internships without courses too but I suggested so that you stand out from the crowd. Before college and in the first semester you will get internships which are majorly unpaid and 'work-from-home' type. You will get LOR and certificate from companies which will be rewarding later.
