Yes, it is a valid board. One who has completed intermediate from RIOS board is definitely eligible for whatever course or job her or she wants to apply.

This is totally depends upon written practice. What I did - Read the chapter/topic &get; close my eyes & think; write that on a copy. This was my daily activity. Write as much as you can this is my suggestion my brother. Thank you.

This totally depends upon the current stats, but as per mu assumption it will be goo if you have scored >80% in 10,12. And in CAT you have to be above 90%.
