My suggestion for you is to go for B.Tech, as you will be getting career start. B.Tech/Engineering in Eligibility Criteria is as follows:
* Candidate must have passed 10+2 or any equivalent examination from a recognised university. * The candidate must be from the Science stream. * Candidate must have scored a minimum aggregate score of 50%. This totally depends upon the current stats, but as per mu assumption it will be goo if you have scored >80% in 10,12. And in CAT you have to be above 90%.

Sorry to say with no false hopes there are no chances to even qualify for IIM C because for the admission into IIM you need to be good in all areas. Your academics are not that good to get IIM. You can try for other institutions.
