Automobile engineering requires mathematics, but automobile design doesn't requires maths. You can go for B. Des (Bachelor of design) in transportation and automobile.

These top 5 colleges offers transport and automobile design. But, one thing you remember that, fee's regarding these colleges are very high.

No, just question yourself this. If it was possible to do B.Com/B.Sc/BA in a year, then why would people choose to do it in 3 years? No one can do a graduation degree in a year, no matter what your qualification is. You can pursue a course from the second year if you have a Diploma in the related field. Even then, you would complete it in 2 years.
