Yes, you are absolutely eligible because the minimum required percentage in 50% and you have 88.8% and that too 97 in biology.

To pursue graduation in B.Sc in a particular field
To pursue B.Tech

Atleast 45% marks are generally require to join any Bachelor's degree course. For different colleges, the eligibility requirements are different but in general 45% marks are minimum for a General Category candidate.

You will not be able to pursue a degree on conventional B.Tech courses but you can go for biotechnology as a subject if you are a bio student.
It is also another respected branch of engineering where only bio students can deal most probably.
