Certain points in this regards:
(#1) Only PCB wouldn't help. Some entrance exam requires maths as a mandatory subject also because of the huge involvement of physics, mechanics and astronomy. It is really important to have strong understanding of physics, chemistry and biology. Do not worry if you are not good with maths as you can still do something with the other subjects. Aeronautical engineering is the science involved with the study, design, and manufacture of flight-capable machines, or the techniques of operating aircraft. Now coming to the scope for aeronautical engineering in the country, I won't bluff but it's pretty less. It's tough to secure a job post your Bachelors.
Of course, there are a few government companies such as DRDO, HAL, and NAL but most of them require recommendations to get in or may have their own entrance exams especially in the case of IIST to later on join ISRO. Companies like L&T, airbus, being also hire aeronautical engineers.

Firstly, this will depend on your personal interest and what do you want to do. There are many options like hospital administration, dentistry, pharmacy, Ayurveda, nutrition and fitness, nursing, physiotherapy etc. If you are thinking beyond MBBS and other medical related subjects then you can think of biochemistry, environmental science, genetics, agriculture, marine biology, etc.
