In which course do you want to get admission? B.Com and BBA admission are closed in colleges and university, so you should check on the internet, but if you want admission for B.Tech or any technical course, so it will be open in many university like Poornima University-Jaipur.
Amity university-Jaipur and many more.

As per my knowledge, I think it is Diploma base, because a student with Diploma has more practical knowledge than a class 12th base engineering student. That's why companies hires Diploma students, because they are even ready to work for less salary.

BBA in event management will be a better option since a degree is a step above the Diploma. It has a greater value and also event management is a growing field & has a lot of scope. You can earn a handsome salary in this field. So, it is advisable to do a BBA management degree.
