Yes, all your queries exist positive, you can pursue engineering with PCM subjects but not with the PCB group. If you are still interested in an engineering career, you will have to do the 10+2 again with Mathematics.

Qualification: Pass in 10+2, class 12th or equivalent with Physics, Mathematics and English, as compulsory subjects along with Chemistry or Biotechnology or Biology or any technical vocational subjects as optional with a minimum of 50% marks taken together in Physics, Mathematics and any one of the and at least 45% marks (for reserved category and Persons with Disability candidates) belonging to Maharashtra State only).

I would like to share few things have a look.
Since we know that in India hardly any one goes for robotic course, and because of this reason university/colleges are also lacking behind providing this course due to the insufficient of students. But, still some of the colleges/university are still having course in Robotics. Mostly courses include PG programme in Robotics. If we talk about PCM you can apply for the different tests like IIT-JEE CET of different states, there are some top private universities which conduct own tests like Amity University, SRM University, Lovely Professional University, etc. The Private universities have an edge over others as it will help the in the proper grooming in all the technical and non technical skills.

For Food Technology, mostly, there are B.Sc. (Hons.). Food Technology courses.

MCA eligibility:
Any graduate who has passed or is appearing for the final year degree examination in any discipline (science, commerce, arts, engineering or any approved university) is eligible to apply. Candidates must have mathematics as a subject in their 10+2 course or any one year of graduation.

The general eligibility criteria to be eligible to apply for BCA course is: you must have completed your Higher Secondary (+2) Examination equivalent (Diploma degree) with minimum 50% marks in total and also having mathematics as a subject.
