The college offers an industry oriented curriculum to students. There are several facilities available such as library, laboratories, canteen, hostel, etc.

The CT Group of Institutions (North Campus) accepts PTU/JEE Mains exams for taking admission to the BTech course. The Punjab Technical University Common Entrance Test, also known as the PTU test, is a common test for many undergraduate and postgraduate courses. It is not considered very difficult. Moreover, the college also accepts the JEE Mains score, which is a national-level exam. But it is an optional exam for CTGI admission.
