For MBA abroad admissions particularly if you are aiming for the top ranked you must gain work experience of at least 2-3 years on completing your graduation. Additionally you must have a valid GMAT score and must also take the IELTS or TOEFL. As of now I would advice you to focus intensely on your studies and take part in extracurricular activities. An all-rounded profile is required.

This is very open ended query as different people would be having different views and opinion. An HSC student would be considered young and immature and may make wrong choices however if your determined and know exactly what you want you should explore from an young age itself. Other factors such as finances etc will also come into the picture.

You must solve and study previous year question which will help you to understand the pattern of the examination and also sometimes questions are repeated, if not questions then also concepts won't change.
