This is the best thing that you are doing. Without re-appearing in 12th, you will not be left with no future. Believe your parents as they want good for you and do as they ask you to do.

You will be eligible to apply for almost all scholarships like Central Sector Scheme of Scholarship for College and University Students. In addition, there are chances of obtaining a full scholarships by private colleges.

For MMS the 10th and 12th score doesn't matter much, it is based on CET score but yes 10th and 12th score have an impact on your profile.

Your percentage will be a hurdle in JEE. You can go for entrance exams of universities that do not consider 12th marks. Or you can get a paid seat at the private ones.

On one hand you are asking advise on choosing subjects in 12th but on the other hand you are saying that you gave compartment in bio in 12th!! Firstly, study hard, well and clear your 12th with good marks. I would advise you to select that subject for study for which you have passion!!
