To gain admission to undergraduate engineering programs at Visvesvaraya Technological University (VTU), the eligibility standard mandates a minimum of 50% in the top four subjects of 10+2, including English. However, information regarding whether a 60% score in Class 12th suffices for admission to other courses like management programs remains unclear.

Yes, you may be eligible for direct admission to Chhatrapati Shahu Ji Maharaj University (CSJMU) with 59% in class 12th. Some courses at CSJMU offer direct admission to candidates with certain percentage marks in class 12th, while others require entrance exams.

To find out which courses offer direct admission, you can visit the CSJMU website and check the admission criteria for each course. You can also contact the CSJMU admission office for more information.

I recommend the following steps for you to get admission in a government college:

  1. Research government colleges in Tamil Nadu that offer courses that interest you.
  2. Consider your marks in the 12th grade and the cutoff marks of the colleges you are interested in.

There are a few possible reasons why your NIOS 12th result is showing only 4 subjects, even though you took 5 subjects:

* You may have failed one of the subjects.
* You may have opted out of one of the subjects before the examination.
* There may be a clerical error in your result.

If you failed one of the subjects, you will need to retake it in order to pass your 12th NIOS. You can do this by appearing in the next NIOS examination.

If you opted out of one of the subjects before the examination, you will need to re-register for that subject and pay the examination fee again. You can then appear in the next NIOS examination for that subject.

Vivekananda Global University situated in Jaipur. For taking admission in Vivekananda Global University minimum marks in class 12th should be more than 50 percent for general category and more than 45 percent for SC/ST . But for specific course you have to give exams like for engeneering Jee mains, cuet.and for medical courses like NEET . For admissions to MBA/PGDM course its just 45 to 50 percent minimum criteria which needs to be fulfilled and for B.Tech its min 45 percent along with JEE Main, CUET, VGUCET .
