Different courses have different eligibility criteria at SRM Valliammai Engineering College, Chennai. For B.Tech and BE, candidates are required to have the basic eligibility required is to have at least 45% marks or above in class 12th from a recognised board/ university. For admissions to MA, M.Tech. and MBA courses, candidates need to have a graduate degree from a recognised university with at least 50% marks or above. 60% in class 12th is quite a good mark for admissions at SRM, but besides this, marks of TANCET or TNEA is also considered for admissions depending on your choice of course.

DY Patil University is a private university in Pune. You need to specify the course you want to know about. The eligibility criteria for different courses is different. Mostly, the admission to various courses is based on entrance tests conducted by the university. But generally the minimum eligibility criteria for most courses is 50-55 percent aggregate in class 12th or the same might be required in the specific subject related to the course. So, as far as I know, with 60 percent in class 12 you are eligible to apply for most of the courses but you will have to go through the entrance test taken for the course you want to apply in.&nb
