You require atleast 60% aggregreate percentage in class 10th and 12th for you to be eligible for the admission process in the Fortune Institute of International Buisness.
The forms are out on the website you can directly apply for the institute through their website. The admission process is as follows
First you have to fill the application form which is on the webstie and then you have to make a payment of INR 1500/-

If you are in 12th standard then it is always you must prepared for some entrance exam there is no option besides this if you have not started yet start at the earliest because without any preparation you can't think of future ahead if you want to join the commerce and if you are in the commerce field in must prepared for the sea or caes because you can't get any future ahead simply doing the graduation and post graduation doesn't mean that you will get a job if you are doing engineering then must prepared for the IIT if you are thinking about doing the medical then prepared for that prepared for the need prepare for the best without p

Yes, why not. You are definitely going to get admission in Hyderabad school of Business with 60% in class 12th. You can be from any board, either state or Central.
Having a score of 60% at senior secondary level is decent enough to get admission there.
You will not face any difficulty at all. You just have to follow the admission procedure to get sucessfully admitted in the college.

It is important to get a decent percentile in 10/12th exams as it holds 35% weightage in the admission process. 60% marks in 12th can be considered good but you will have to perform well in entrance exams like CAT/XAT/CMAT/MAT/GMAT and in the interview as well.
Weightage of interview and such entrance exams are 35% and 20%. On the other hand if you are looking to take admission into PGDM course then your graduation work experience and internships will be a plus point for you.
