You cannot be scientist directly after 12th. Complete your Bachelors degree, then your Masters degree and preferably finish your Ph.D.

It is a tool within a discipline, not a discipline unto itself, such as schoolteaching. So if you study AutoCAD (you need it, or skill in a less popular software to get any sort of design job at all), study it where they teach design courses. Earn a B.Sc (Hons.) physics degree or apply for the B.Tech physical sciences programme from Indian Institute of Space Science and Technology. Further, pursue your M.Sc in Space Science/Astrophyshics or Astronomy preferably from abroad for better exposure.

The eligibility for B.Pharma is a minimum of 50% in PCMB. Different colleges have different minimum requirements. You can check the entrance exams such as GPAT and other state level entrances.

48% is very low and you will have limited options. You can check private colleges but they won't be highly ranked or on donation basis.
