You should have mentioned where are you seeking admission. But it will be tough for you in any merit based entrance until you get any category advantage.

Try your luck by submitting application in each and every college available in your state. Though college is not good but you can maintain your skills and goodness to excel in your field.

For an average student the best course to pursue is graduation in any stream and appear for UPSC or SSC exam.

My suggestion is join a better college with your board exams and you can also go for some colleges that admit you based on both JEE main and board exam marks.
As you have wasted one year, you should not waste more time from now.
Pursue any degree, if you are willing to do engineering then do a b tech from an average college then work hard to crack GATE exam which is a tough exam that enables you to do M.Tech in a reputed institution like IIT. You can also do your M.Tech in BITS, Pilani and VIT like top universities if you can.

Both are equivalent. There is nothing such different between the both courses. But I prefer you to take BBA, since it will equivalently prepare you for your MBA.

You have an average career and off course you will be able to get your admission in a good B-school with your academic records. I would suggest you to try in Birla Global University, Bhubaneswar. In BGU you can find the brand advantage. It was formerly called BIMTECH, Bhubaneswar.

You can go for MBBS, BDS, pharmacy, physiotherapy, biotechnology, prosthetics, medical lab technology, microbiology and biochemistry. I have tried to mention these in the decreasing scope according to my knowledge.
