Nowadays, marks in class 12th don't matter if you have done good in your academic year. See, there are two ways of getting a job. First, pursue B.Tech from a good college like IIT, NIT, IIIT, BITS, LPU, Thapar, VIT or SRM and get placed in a good company with good package. As you have mentioned that you are studying in an average college, but you have opted for a g9ood branch. With 2-3 years of work experience, you can surely get a good salary package.

Don't worry, as you are right that many college demands 60% marks in PCM but unfortunately, you are unable to score. but if you are still wants to be an engineering then you have to drop this year and again appear in improvement exam so that your 12th marks will improve if you studied well.

ISB doesn't offer BBA course, it offer only PG degree.
To be eligible to apply for the programme, the following criteria need to be fulfilled:
Bachelors Degree: The applicant should have a Bachelor's Degree or an equivalent qualification in any discipline. An equivalent qualification will be determined by the Admission Committee of the programme, and will include the likes of CA, ICWA, etc.
Work Experience: The applicant should possess a minimum of 4 years of full-time work experience as on the date of submitting the application (desired experience is 6 years or more).
