Chances are dicey. Cut-offs usually go above 90%. You have to wait for the merit list to announced by the colleges. For an idea about previous year cut-offs refer to this article

Weigh your likes and dislikes, identify your interests and aptitude. Choose a field you are confident in and will enjoy studying. Further options cannot be given since you did not mention your stream.

If you are good with calculations and numbers you can opt for B.Com or B.Sc Finance, Accounts or related courses.

It's nice to see that you have scored reasonably well in 12th. It seems you have not appeared in any entrance exam. Admissions to colleges normally open after results of state board's 12th is declared. I feel you still have time to apply.

1. There shall be no weightage for the 12th class marks in calculating the ranks in the JEE (Main) examination,
2. For the candidates to qualify for the admission in the IITs/NITs/IIITs and such other CFTIs whose admissions are based on the JEE (Advanced)/JEE(Main) ranks, they should have secured at least 75% marks in the 12th class examination, or be in the top 20 percentile in the 12th class examination conducted by the respective Boards.
