I feel that you should read the domicile rules of Delhi or Rajasthan for that matter. Your domicile will not change merely if you do your 12th from a particular state. It depends on lots of other criteria. Your domicile is going to remain that of HR irrespective of wherever you do in 12th. It does not matter. What matters is that you should study well to understand subjects and score well in JEE Mains examination. Best wishes to you.

Are lots of options for you at this stage. You can prepare for JEE Exams if you want to pursue engineering. If you want to serve into defence then you should prepare for NDA. And if you want to study further for government jobs or any other career, you can do B.Sc.

Yes, B.Sc. Microbiology is a 3 year full-time Degree course. The general requirement is a candidate should have passed the 12th board exams with 45% in the PCB.

The detailed syllabus for CUET 2023 has been released by the National test agency on its official website. You can get it from there. NCERT books are enough floor the preparation of the exam. The topics from 12th syllabus can be included in CUET.
