The 12th scores are not matter now because of Common University Entrance Test (CUET). General category candidate needs to score a minimum of 50% marks in class 12th in order to apply for the CUET exam. More than 45% marks in class 12th are required for the SC/ST/OBC/PWD category candidates. However for B.Tech Engineering admissions like in NIT, IIT and IIIT, you need to score above 75% marks in 12th. So 12th marks requirements are different according to the courses.

I am giving this answer in very short way and the answer is I can give you two easy and hard way
Easy Way- You can take admission in any normal college without any B.Tech (These all colleges are private and not very high level like placements and good faculty members not available in all colleges. )
Hard Way - Do preparation for JEE Mains if you want to take admission in B.Tech, and then give entrance exam. Here, there is not only JEE Main, there are many more exams but for every exam, you need to study hard because here is very high competition for top colleges.

2. You must score well in this exam to get into a government medical college to pursue MBBS.
3. Complete your MBBS degree and then appear for the NEET PG or INI CET exam to get admission to the postgraduate course.
4. With NEET PG or INI CET you can pursue MD and MS in a hospital.
