Candidates who wish to apply for these courses need to have qualified for the GNM (General Nursing and Midwifery) course after attaining the 10+2 or equivalent qualification, preferably with Science subjects. Candidates not having done GNM are required to have a Certificate in any of the nursing courses of 6-9 months. Candidates should also be Registered Nurse/ Registered Midwives or equivalent with any of the State Nursing Registration Councils.

No, you can not do MD after class 12th because, a Doctor of Medicine is a Postgraduate degree that can be done after one has completed a Bachelor of Medicine, and a Bachelor of Surgery with a mandatory one-year internship.
Doctor of Medicine Eligibility Criteria:
Students must be Bachelor of Medicine and Bachelor of Surgery graduates from a recognised educational institute.
Students must have secured a minimum of 50 percent aggregate marks to sit for the National Eligibility cum Entrance Test Postgraduation entrance exam, qualifying via which they will get admission to this course.

Easy Way- You can take admission in any normal college without any B.Tech (These all colleges are private and not very high level like placements and good faculty members not available in all colleges. )
Hard Way - Do preparation for JEE Mains if you want to take admission in B.Tech, and then give entrance exam. Here, there is not only JEE Main, there are many more exams but for every exam, you need to study hard because here is very high competition for top colleges.
