If you are weak at physics and chemistry, probably sciences or engineering courses are not for you. You should go for the courses like fashion designing, interior designing, hotel management, Mass communication and journalism etc. These courses and professionals are also in good demand. Getting in government colleges with this score would be little difficult as their cut-off is little high.There are some premier private institutions that are doing equally good as them .They along with assured placements provides an stage where one can implement technical skills in his projects and research.here are some of these institutes:

Hey Neeraj,
That will not be beneficial most probably. You shouldn't be demoralized at this stage only, you have a long way to go. You can apply to some best private universities and get the same knowledge and pay packages. Private universities are also having best infrastructure now. Some suggestions -

What were the reason that you send it for scrutiny or improvement. If you final 12th result came before the last date of the admission through AIR, your score is valid. Defentily you can get AIR.

The SAT scores are valid for 5 years though but if you wish to apply in fall (September) then you should take it in early 12th as it will leave with you a second chance to score better in case you dont do well in first one.
