The INI CET Jan 2026 session seat allocation for the mock round has been released for admission to MD/MS/MDS/DM/MCh courses. For round 1, the seat allocation result will be announced on Dec 18, 2025.

AIIMS Delhi was established in 1952. It was granted the 'Autonomous' status in 1956 by an Act of Parliament.

Yes, AIIMS Delhi is almost free for all the programmes including MBBS MD MS PG Diploma M.Ch. DM DNB etc. For MBBS the admission charges (non-refundable) are INR 25 at the time of admission and INR 35 per day for the first 10 days. Other than this, there is no annual fee at AIIMS Delhi. Students must make a one-time payment between INR 5,000 to INR 6,000 which is the fee for the complete MBBS course of 5.5 years.

As per the recent NEET UG MBBS cutoff 2025, the Round 1 closed off on rank 48 for General AI quota students. Whereas, the NEET UG Round 1 cutoff for the General AI quota students for the year 2024 closed off at 47. The same category cutoff closed off at 57 in the year 2023.
As per the recent Paramedical cutoff 2025, Round 2 for General AI quota candidates for BSc specialisations closed off between the ranks 9 and 293. Specialisations of BSc such as Bachelor of Medical Radiology and Imagine Technology (MRIT) and Operation Theatre Technology received the highest level of competition with rank 9 and 39. NEET UG Round 1 cutoff has been released for the AIIMS Delhi MBBS course. The Opening and Closing ranks depend on the category and quota of candidates. As per the AIIMS Delhi cutoff 2024, the NEET UG Round 1 opening rank was 1 and the closing rank was 47 for the general category candidates under All India quota. Cut off are different when it comes to other categories or female candidates and even the domicile of home state. Admission to the Bachelor of Medicine and Bachelor of Surgery (MBBS) at AIIMS Delhi is based on the scores obtained in the NEET UG entrance exam, followed by the NEET UG counselling process.
AIIMS Delhi paramedical cutoff 2024 was concluded for a few UG courses. These courses include B.Sc. in Operation Theatre Technology, B.Sc. in Dental Operating Room Assistant, Bachelor of Optometry (BOPTM) and Bachelor of Medical Radiology and Imagine Technology (MRIT). AIIMS Delhi Admission Process and Important Dates 2025
The mode of All India Institute of Medical Sciences AIIMS Delhi course admissions is online. Admission to various courses is based on the scores of entrance exams. For admission to its MBBS programme, All India Medical Institute Delhi accepts the NEET UG exam, while for admission to its PG programmes (MD, MS, MDS), the institute accepts the scores of INICET. Yes, AIIMS Delhi has 21 hostel buildings located at the Ansari Nagar campus, Masjid Moth campus, Raj Nagar and Ayurvigyan Nagar. All these hostel buildings have an overall capacity of about 2,717 seats and majority of this accommodation is for a single student/ residents/ married students or families. The hostel facility of AIIMS Delhi, other than the residential building, provides a mess, a canteen, a juice shop and an Amul shop, etc., for the convenience of the students.
The college has single, double or triple occupancy rooms along with family rooms for married students. Most single rooms are furnished with a bed, a cupboard, a table and chair and a bookshelf. The married accommodation is also furnished accordingly. The hostel rooms also have a facility of attached washrooms but this facility is only accessible in married accommodation along with a few hostels.
