All India Institute of Medical Sciences AIIMS Delhi provides many programmes at many levels like UG, PG, PhD. Programmes are offered across various fields like Medicine, Nursing, Medical. MBBS is the flagship programme of AIIMS Delhi. MBBS is offered for a duration of five and a half years.
AIIMS Delhi also offers BSc and MSc courses. After completing the BSc Nursing course from the institute, students can become Home Care Nurses, Junior Psychiatric Nurses, Nursing Executives. As per the recent NEET UG MBBS cutoff 2025, the Round 1 closed off on rank 48 for General AI quota students. Whereas, the NEET UG Round 1 cutoff for the General AI quota students for the year 2024 closed off at 47. The same category cutoff closed off at 57 in the year 2023. Among the OBC category students, the last round cutoff ranks for B.Sc. were in the range of 24 and 229, with Bachelor of Medical Radiology and Imagine Technology (MRIT) being the most competitive for admission.

AIIMS Delhi has not released its 2025 placement report yet. However, the NIRF report for 2025 is out. According to AIIMS Delhi NIRF report 2025, the median package offered during AIIMS Delhi UG 3-year and UG 4-year placements 2024 stood at INR 12.50 LPA and INR 16 LPA, respectively. Further, the median package offered during AIIMS Delhi PG 1-year and PG 2-year placements 2024 stood at INR 20 LPA and INR 17 LPA, respectively. AIIMS Delhi admission 2026 is entirely entrance-based for all UG & PG courses, namely BSc, MSc, MBBS, MD, MS, among others. Yes, AIIMS Delhi is almost free for all the programmes including MBBS MD MS PG Diploma M.Ch. DM DNB etc. For MBBS the admission charges (non-refundable) are INR 25 at the time of admission and INR 35 per day for the first 10 days. Other than this, there is no annual fee at AIIMS Delhi. Students must make a one-time payment between INR 5,000 to INR 6,000 which is the fee for the complete MBBS course of 5.5 years.
Since you haven't mentioned your category, we would consider you to belong to the General Category. You should aim for a NEET UG cutoff rank under 50 to get AIIMS New Delhi. The UG and PG students who get hostel at AIIMS Delhi campus are required to submit hostel fee from along with the tuition fee, every semester.
