BBA is not as rigorous as BCom. It is suggested that you evaluate BBA as alternate to BCom.

Hi Prashant,
All students from the ICSE/CBSE and other state boards are eligible for writing the IIT/JEE and All India entrance examination for engineering /MBBS and dental provided they have the subject combination necessary for attempting these exams i.e, Physics, Chemistry, Maths for Engineering and Physics, Chemistry and Biology for MBBS/BDS.
Moreover, all the boards are good at their respective levels. Hence, the ball lies on your court.
Hope this information helps. Please feel free to revert.
Wish you luck.
