As I am not sure about the NIT but for the Lovely Professional University- LPU. You need minimum of 75% and yes, you can do civil engineering after 12th. You will be eligible but only if you have completed any exam equivalent to 10+2 in 2018 / 2019/2020 irrespective of your age.

No, you are not eligible. You need 80/200 marks to be eligible so I don't think you will get admission.

Depends on your interests at first. If you wish to land up in a job quickly. There are plenty of options such as:
1. B.Com.
2. Law.
3. CA (Chartered accountancy).
4. BBA.
5. Bachelors of economics.
6. CS (Company secretary) course.
7. Hospitality Diploma courses.
8. Animation and multimedia courses.
9. Journalism and mass communication.
10. Event management course.
11. Fashion design and technology.
12. Hotel management. Choose whichever interests you most. More importantly, you must choose a university which has the intellectual capabilities to curate these programs like LPU.

If you mean the integrated degree like B.Tech-MBA or BBA-MBA then yes all the integrated degrees are valid for private, government and foreign jobs. Provided you pursue these from the reputed UGC recognised university like LPU. Thanks.
