In JEE Mains they won't consider any additional scores like intermediate, physical education previously there is a consideration for intermediate marks but now they have removed it.

Why not. You can do car designing after completing your XII exam. As my cousin's brother also completed his Bachelor's degree in Automobile and transportation design so I know it very well. He was selected UID for his study so I can share their admission process with you. After completing your higher secondary exam from any recognised board with minimal 50%, you have to sit for their admission test. There will be 3 rounds of selection test.
