You can join as a Civil Judge Junior division cum magistrate or Additional District n Session Judge in lower courts. You must be law graduate after 12th. For CJJD you have to clear first entrance exams, then final exams followed by personal interview. If you have seven year of practice as n Advocate you can take examination of AD n SJ in same process. Yes, you are eligible for B.Sc. Course but you many not qualify for regular B.Sc. In subjects like botany, zoology, physics, etc. But you can do B.Sc. In hospitality and in computer applications, etc. I would recommend you to search and explore various options based on universities and courses that you are interested in. Best of luck!

Sorry to say that but commerce stream is not the required qualification for Bachelors degree in physiotherapy course. For that, one must have class 12th qualification with PCB stream from any recognised board. Don't worry you can go for any other course. Best of luck!

Yes, you can take commerce with painting in class 12 NIOS. There are variety of subjects available in NIOS board especially for commerce students. You can go through with syllabus of every subject and then decide as per your interest. Best of luck!

No, it is not compulsory to have computers as your subject in class 12th to pursue computer Science engineering. To pursue computer Science engineering, you muct look forward to apply for these top colleges:
IIT's - No. 1 colleges for engineering
IITM
UPES, Dehradun - It has lot of further specialised courses available.

Minimum of 55-60% in your 12th to do law and then you also need to give the common law entrance exam to pursue it from any college. Top colleges to pursue law are:
University, Bangalore (http://www.nls.ac.in)
UPES, Dehradun (UPES- Asias first core sector University (http://www.upes.ac.in) - This colleges has further specialised courses in law, you can check their website. National Law University, Jodhpur, (http://www.nlujodhpur.ac.in)
