Maths is not necessary for CA exam. As per eligibility criteria for CA CPT, the aspirants must have passed Class XII or equivalent in Commerce Stream. So maths is not needed here.

Yes, you are eligible to get admitted to ILS Law College. The only thing your admission depends on is your rank in the MH-CET Law test and the cut-off of the college.

Yes, but there shall be a deduction of 2.5% while calculating the best 4.
The merit shall be determined on the basis of one language and three best academic/elective subjects from LIST A. If the subjects you choose for calculation of best 4 are not in List A, a deduction of 2.5 % for each subject would be done.

The first thing that you need to do is to choose a decent college that I would recommend you is PCTE Group of Institutes since I have done my Masters from PCTE, I can assure you that PCTE is a college that is known for providing hands on experience to its students. Having said that Journalism and Mass Communication is a practical oriented course and requires learning of many technical aspects. Admissions in IITs /NITs / IIITs and other CFTIs- at least 75% marks in class 12, or be in the top 20 percentile in class 12th class exam conducted by the respective board, to qualify for admissions. For SC/ST candidates, the qualifying marks are 65% marks.

Marks can be taken for priority but what is most mandatory is that you need to give national tests like CAT MAT XAT CMAT etc. And scoring a good percentile in such an exam will decide what good colleges you can apply for. Since you also mentioned ATMA and MH-CET, scores are low, therefore you need to work hard for it. Or else you can give individual college exams conducted by the college itself.
