B.Voc programmes generally looks out for the percentage of a student in 12th standard. It depends that in which stream you go for B.Voc course. If that is related to Science, arts, management, etc. Colleges set their own criteria for it.

The university has been ranked high by outer agencies also with regard to placements of our students. Several Big Brands of the industry have visited LPU campus during academic session 2016-2017 for campus placements like Google, Amazon, Tech Mahendra, Flipkart, CTS, Adobe, etc. Most of the companies have made us the regional hubs for joint campuses. No. In fashion designing institute, only 12th mark-sheet is important. You can pursue it from any stream.

70% marks are good enough to take admission in this course. However, if you are looking for a government college, then you need to score above 90% marks, because that's what their cut off is. But, the private colleges and institutes conduct an entrance exam to analyse your general knowledge and language skills. The minimum percentage required is 50%.

you can get admission, because the eligibility criteria is 50% marks in 12th with PCM. But, if you are looking to take admission in government colleges, then the criteria is not this. The cut off may be high.

CIWG means Children of Indian Workers in Gulf Countries. CIWG is a category under DASA scheme, started by Ministry of Human Resource Development, Government of India, for the children of Indian expatriates (NRIs/OCIs/PIOs) in Gulf countries who wants to study in top engineering colleges like NITs and IIITs. There are two key benefits for CIWG in DASA scheme :
1) Reserved seats for CIWG candidates in all colleges
2) Have to pay the same college fee as students in India. The fee applicable for CIWG category shall be at par with the fee prescribed for Indian National (I. e. 1,25,000/- per student per annum) either in INR or equivalent USD.
